Refund policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must meet all conditions listed below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items purchased as part of a set, bundle, or promotion must be returned in full.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at help@bebeyoon.com within the 14-day return period.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, it must be processed as a return under this policy.
