Shipping policy

At Bebe Yoon FZ-LLC, we take great care to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We offer both domestic (UAE) and international shipping through trusted courier partners.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Fee: Free for orders over AED 200, otherwise AED 30

Saudi Arabia
Delivery Time: 3–6 business days
Shipping Fee: AED 40–60

Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Shipping Fee: AED 45–70

Other GCC / Middle East
Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
Shipping Fee: AED 60–90

Rest of the World
Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Shipping Fee: AED 80–120

3. Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled from our main warehouse in Dubai and occasionally from South Korea, depending on product availability, ensuring the fastest possible delivery for each region.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply based on local regulations.
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery may be delayed if customs clearance requires additional time or documentation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • A 15 AED Cash on Delivery service fee will be added to your order total.
  • This fee covers courier handling and collection services and is non-refundable.
  • Payment must be made at the time of delivery, either in cash or by card, depending on courier availability.
  • Our courier will collect the full amount upon arrival, so kindly ensure the total amount is ready to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are correct at checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or repeated failed attempts, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@bebeyoon.com, including your order number and clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, if the error is on our side.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations are processed as returns under our Return & Refund Policy.
